SHIPPING POLICY

Please note due to the festive break, once we have received confirmation of your purchase it will take 1 - 5 business days for us to process your order. Business days are classed as Monday - Friday, and don't include bank holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please add items to your basket to see the total cost.

Currently we only ship to the UK from our website. If you would like your order to be sent to another country please visit our Etsy store. The link can be found in our FAQs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or with items missing please get in touch within 30 days and we will do our best to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.
We are happy to accept exchanges, returns and cancellations but please note unless you contact us before your order has been shipped you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If items are not received back in their original condition you are also responsible for any loss in value. On receipt of your return we will process your refund.
In both instances please contact us within 14 days of delivery and returns should be made within 30 days of delivery.
Unfortunately because of the nature of some products they cannot be returned. These products include :-
- Custom and personalised orders
- Digital downloads
